Adottiamo un approccio sensoriale al progetto, ispirato alla vita di tutti i giorni, utilizzando un metodo di lavoro basato sulla progettazione responsabile e multidisciplinare che trova fondamento nel regionalismo critico. Il nostro obiettivo non è imporre scelte arbitrarie e soggettive, che si ripetono costantemente in ogni luogo ma cercare di fornire, tra gli infiniti possibili, risposte a condizioni di necessità e attese che il contesto stesso richiede, individuando un risultato ultimo e visibile fatto evidentemente di spazi ma anche di atmosfere, di dialogo tra differenti texture materiche, esperienze tattili, qualità cromatica delle superfici.

La nostra storia e come ha avuto inizio.

Sono nato nel 1969 a Saint Martin D’heres (Francia) e vivo a Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza). Mi sono laureato alla Facoltà di Architettura di Venezia, relatore Prof. Sergio Los, con una tesi volta allo studio dei caratteri dell’architettura civica degli edifici. Ho sostenuto l’esame di stato per l’abilitazione alla professione e dal 03 Aprile 2001 sono iscritto al n° 1358 dell’Ordine degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori della Provincia di Vicenza. Dopo la collaborazione con alcuni studi tecnici locali, maturando esperienze nell’ambito dell’architettura civile ed industriale, nel 2003 ho avviato il mio studio professionale.

In quali tipi di lavoro siamo specializzati

Lo studio è specializzato nella ristrutturazione di edifici esistenti ma realizziamo anche nuove costruzioni e interventi mirati di interior-design e restyling di attività commerciali e direzionali. I lavori più frequenti sono le ristrutturazioni di ambienti residenziali e interventi puntuali di interior-design.

Quali sono i materiali e le aziende con cui ci piace interagire

Ci piace interagire con materiali e lavorazioni che presentano una texture espressiva naturale, come il legno, la pietra, i metalli, gli intonaci materici. Lavoriamo anche con altri elementi più industriali, collaborando con diverse aziende, artigiani e rivendite commerciali, scelte in base alle possibilità dei nostri clienti e al tipo di lavoro che realizziamo. In genere cerchiamo comunque di fare un certo tipo di ricerca sui prodotti commerciali più adatti ai nostri progetti.

Di quali dati abbiamo bisogno per poter fornire un preventivo

Abbiamo bisogno di foto che descrivano il contesto, dei disegni ufficiali per poter comprendere la costruzione e calcolare i mq e infine una breve descrizione da parte dei clienti sui loro bisogni e sulle loro attese. Per interventi più importanti consigliamo un accesso agli atti al Comune di appartenenza per verificare che le pratiche precedenti siano conformi a quanto effettivamente realizzato.

Quali sono gli aspetti che ci caratterizzano

La maggior parte dei nostri clienti racconta che si è creato un feeling immediato e rilassato, che fa leva su una competenza generale che spazia dal progetto alla più concreta conduzione del cantiere. I progetti trovano ispirazione dal continuo confronto con tutti gli attori del progetto, privilegiando la capacità di rispondere alle particolari situazioni e ai contesti, senza imporre uno stile preconfezionato a priori. Non anteponiamo le ideologie al progetto, lasciando aperte molte curiosità nel cliente, soprattutto nell’impiego di particolari prodotti e materiali. Un altro aspetto riguarda la gestione integrale del cantiere, seguendo i lavori anche sulla parte di contabilità e costi, impegnandoci in prima persona nella scelta di alcune figure professionali che il committente in genere fa fatica ad individuare da solo; i lavori vengono seguiti con puntualità, dall’inizio del cantiere fino alla fine delle lavorazioni specifiche e quando le circostanze lo richiedono anche dopo aver terminato i lavori. 

Quali sono le domande più frequenti

Alle domande più comuni che ci rivolgono, riguardanti  per esempio la conoscenza dell’iter progettuale ed esecutivo, la scelta delle varie soluzioni tecnologiche legate agli impianti, la composizione di prodotti e materiali,  le tempistiche, la valutazione dei costi, rispondiamo  sempre che qualsiasi ragionamento comporterà delle azioni non sempre facili da decidere preventivamente in quanto il fattore economico è quasi sempre preponderante. Consigliamo pertanto, dopo aver sviluppato le prime idee, di concentrarsi su un budget definito sul quale impostare tutto il lavoro. Questo servirà a noi professionisti per pianificare tutte le lavorazioni in modo corretto e al cliente per non avere sorprese negative finali legate ai maggiori costi di realizzazione dell’intervento.

Quali garanzie offriamo

Garanzie di un lavoro seguito puntualmente dalle prime fasi progettuali con una gestione del cantiere esercitata attraverso la supervisione e il coordinamento di tutte le figure che intervengono nella realizzazione dell’opera.

Quali modalità di pagamento accettiamo

Chiediamo sempre un acconto ad inizio lavori, durante la prima fase di progetto preliminare. Poi il pagamento viene diluito a seconda dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori.

Di quali lavori siamo più orgogliosi

Siamo orgogliosi dei lavori dove si è creata una bella e proficua sinergia con i nostri committenti, quando il progetto nasce da reciproche scelte e considerazioni; questi lavori risultano sempre molto apprezzati ai più.

 

Each assignment of the study is an opportunity to share ideas and experiences in synergy with our clients. We adopt a sensory approach to the project, inspired by everyday life; we think that contemporary design obliges us to abandon a work system based on intuition only, to arrive instead at the methods of responsible and multidisciplinary design. Our goal is not to impose arbitrary and subjective choices but we try to provide, among the “infinite possible ways”, concrete answers to conditions of necessity and expectations that the context itself requires, identifying an ultimate and visible result evidently made of spaces but also of atmospheres, of dialogue between different material textures, tactile experiences, chromatic quality of the surfaces.

Our story and how it started.

I was born in 1969 in Saint Martin D’heres (France) and live in Bassano del Grappa (Vicenza). I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Venice, supervisor Prof. Sergio Los, with a thesis aimed at studying the characters of the civic architecture of buildings. I have taken the state exam to qualify for the profession and since 03 April 2001 I am registered with No. 1358 of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservators of the Province of Vicenza. After collaborating with some local technical offices, gaining experience in the civil and industrial architecture, in 2003 I started my professional studio.

What are the materials and companies we like to work with

like to use natural materials in projects that have an expressive texture, such as wood, stone, iron. We also work with other more industrial materials and products, collaborating with various companies, artisans and commercial resellers, chosen according to the possibilities of our customers and the type of work we carry out. In general, however, we try to do some type of research on the commercial products best suited to our projects.

What data we need to be able to provide a detailed quote

need photos that describe the state of the house, official drawings to be able to understand the construction and calculate the square meters and finally a brief description by customers of their needs and expectations. For more important interventions, we recommend accessing the documents to the Municipality to which they belong to verify that the previous practices comply with what has actually been carried out.

Strengths

Most of our customers say that with us they had an immediate and relaxed feeling, which leverages on a general competence that ranges from the project to the more concrete management of the construction site. Our projects are inspired by the continuous comparison with the customers themselves and by the context in which we operate, favoring the ability to respond to conditions of need, to situations, without imposing a pre-prepared style a priori. We are not invasive in the approaches and we leave many curiosities open to the customer, especially in the use and combination of materials. Another strong point concerns the integral management of the construction site, following our customers also on the accounting and costs part, committing ourselves personally to the choice of some professional figures that the customer generally finds it difficult to find alone. The works are followed punctually, from the beginning of the construction site to the end of the specific workings and sometimes, when circumstances require, even after finishing the work.

Each person is a story in itself but we say that the choices that must be made when engaged in the construction or renovation of one’s home, such as the choice of materials, the idea of ​​style, the various solutions or the timing, are always difficult to decide in advance as the economic factor is almost always predominant. We therefore recommend, after developing the first ideas, to focus on a defined budget on which to set all the work. This will help us professionals to plan all the processes correctly and the customer to avoid negative final surprises linked to the higher costs of carrying out the intervention.
